1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jilio website located at jilio.cam (the "Site"), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and jilio, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating in the Republic of the Philippines ("jilio," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Site and Services. Your continued use of jilio constitutes acceptance of any amendments or modifications to these Terms that we may publish from time to time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access, or use jilio Services. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. jilio reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any funds in your account.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

jilio Services are intended solely for users physically located in the Philippines at the time of access. You are prohibited from accessing or using the Services if you are located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal, restricted, or prohibited by law. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any restricted jurisdiction. We reserve the right to implement geolocation technology to verify your location and may restrict or terminate access if you are found to be accessing the Services from a prohibited jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use jilio Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Services
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify jilio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Register only one account per person—multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances

2.4 Verification Requirements

jilio is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide any documentation we request to verify your identity, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your account pending completion of verification procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days may result in account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

You may fund your jilio account using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers to authorized Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and others as specified on the Site), and cryptocurrency (USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Site and may vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and belong to you. jilio reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that we suspect involves fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and minimum withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless circumstances require otherwise. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 1-6 hours, bank transfers within 1-3 business days, and cryptocurrency within 24 hours. jilio reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

3.3 Fees

jilio does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers, cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own transaction fees, for which jilio is not responsible. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jilio is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of deposited funds, refuse suspicious deposits, report suspicious transactions to Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and freeze accounts pending investigation of potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be closed and balances forfeited, with information reported to appropriate authorities.

3.5 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or gaming activity) for twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. jilio reserves the right to charge a monthly dormant account fee of PHP 100 or 10% of the remaining balance (whichever is less) after the dormancy period begins. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and place a wager or contact customer support.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All jilio games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. You agree to use the Services for entertainment purposes only and not to engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other third-party tools to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games like poker or pool rummy
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers
• Conducting arbitrage betting or using the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment

4.2 Game Rules

Each game available on jilio has specific rules, paytables, and betting limits, which are accessible within the game interface or on the Site. You are responsible for understanding the rules before playing. In the event of any discrepancy between game display and actual result, the result recorded on jilio's servers shall be deemed correct and final. jilio reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by technical malfunctions or errors.

4.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, jilio reserves the right to void or cancel bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting odds display, match cancellations, or if the integrity of the sporting event is in question. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (NBA, FIBA, PBA, UFC, etc.). jilio's decision on bet settlement is final and binding.

4.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

jilio provides responsible gaming tools allowing you to set deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, and session time limits. You may also request temporary account cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately—any request to increase limits will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified period (minimum 6 months).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jilio offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal limits. These specific terms are provided with each promotional offer and form part of these Terms. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement on a PHP 1,000 bonus means you must place PHP 30,000 in qualifying wagers before you can withdraw. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less or be excluded. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a bonus is active in your account, you may not withdraw funds until wagering requirements are met. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Maximum bet limits apply while bonuses are active (typically PHP 200-500 per bet depending on the promotion). Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture.

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

jilio reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and void winnings derived from bonuses if you violate bonus terms, engage in irregular play patterns, or abuse promotional offers. We may also exclude you from future promotions if we determine you are engaging in bonus abuse.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jilio Site and Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and game content, is the property of jilio or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The jilio name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of jilio or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code
• Create derivative works based on the Services
• Use the Services for commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party
• Frame or mirror any part of the Services without our express written permission

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to jilio. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jilio Services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the transfer of data to third-party service providers and affiliates as necessary to provide the Services.

jilio complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JILIO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "JILIO PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE JILIO PARTIES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JILIO IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR FIVE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 5,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by jilio

jilio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Use of the Services for purposes other than personal entertainment
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward jilio staff or other users
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases. jilio will process withdrawal of your remaining balance (minus any disputed amounts or amounts obtained through Terms violations) within thirty (30) days of termination, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance in accordance with our normal withdrawal procedures. Voluntary closure for responsible gaming reasons may be accompanied by a self-exclusion period during which you cannot reopen your account.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, subject to the arbitration provisions set forth in Section 15.

jilio operates under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR regulations and oversight. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR regulations, PAGCOR regulations shall prevail.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. JILIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICES OR SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Services is with you. jilio makes no guarantees regarding the availability of the Services and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time without liability to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the jilio Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and your use of the Services.

13. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and Services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any Philippine or international regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services or any related website

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services for violating any of these prohibited uses.

14. Modifications to Services

jilio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We may add or remove games, change payout structures, modify betting limits, or alter any other aspect of the Services. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

In the event of permanent discontinuation of the Services, jilio will provide reasonable notice (at least thirty days) and will process withdrawal of all user balances in accordance with these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (collectively, "Disputes"), you agree to first contact jilio customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Please send a detailed description of your complaint to [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your complaint.

15.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Philippine Arbitration Law and the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND JILIO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and jilio agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

15.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an action in court to seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of jilio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by jilio on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilio concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and jilio.
